Who I am

I was born professionally in the world of communication and design from which I learned simplification and valuing what is most important. Traveling and living in different cities and cultures has allowed me to feed on traditions while valuing innovations and learning to cope with change. I have combined a taste for beauty with a strong practical sense, and my facilitation with languages (English, French, and Spanish) allows me to work often with foreigners.

I consider myself a curious yet generous professional, I am very enterprising, as is required of an entrepreneur, importing Professional Organizing to Italy was a real challenge. I am always looking for new insights to improve the way I work or to create fruitful connections for the growth of the profession.

My great facility in establishing new relationships has naturally enriched my network of contacts, whether partners, potential clients or valuable suppliers-anyone interested in approaching the world of organizing in a professional way.

In 2013, I contributed to the birth of APOI, the first Italian Association of Professional Organizers, as head of external relations with the aim of facing the international world of the profession. With this end in mind, I created the #APOIinternationalGuest project an international table where opinions and visions could be exchanged through webinars held by top-level guests. This initiative allowed for a global view of the profession while creating a new international positioning and openness to different cultures, resulting in new professional "liaisons" and valuable friendships.

Since 2015, I have been a CDA board member of Organize Italy (Bcorp benefit company), for which I develop stimulating connections internationally, with companies and schools, with the aim of promoting our initiatives. I am a lecturer for training courses, through which I have been training Italian Professional Organizers for years as they prepare to face the market. With O.I. we created "Educare all'organizzazione," a social impact initiative that reaches out to all realities related to the educational world, reaching children and/or youth, teachers and tutors. Also in 2015, we initiated projects supported by the Nando and Elsa Peretti Foundation, which firmly believed in our initiatives.

I am also a regular guest on the program GEO on Rai tre, with a column devoted to various organization-related topics.Since 2013, I have been actively involved in popularizing the culture of organization, and my experience in the field has allowed me to build a professional and recognizable identity. (Starting from the menu under media you can find various reports and interviews)

Organization is a valuable tool for improving "lifestyle," and starting from my own experience, I have experienced how to improve the quality of daily life in order to live serenely in private and in the world of work (I know the difficulties, I am a mother and I love my work), finding the right balance, to feel satisfied, be effective, seize opportunities, not waste time and make the most of one's resources. With my enthusiasm I convey the value of organization and how it gives us more time, more energy, satisfaction and a more peaceful life.

What is Organization for Me

During a meeting at a school after implementing a pathway, I asked a 7-year-old boy what organization was to him, he replied, "for me, organization is freedom," at his young age he had grasped its unquestionable value. The goal is physical and mental well-being and the freedom to choose how best to use one's time.

I am capable of active listening, putting people at ease. It is natural for me to have the ability to "problem solve" and identify professionals who can respond to client requests, even the most complex ones.

Organization goes hand in hand with change, it is a path made up of small steps, and in this perspective I follow the people who choose me in a vertical growth, sometimes accompanying them for years, supporting them in their life changes, in their paths, in the strategies to choose.
But also in a horizontal evolution, helping them to optimize their days, identifying together, the best way to change for the better the quality of their lives.

Being more organized means living spaces better, having more time for oneself, enjoying life and one's affections, and having a clear vision of the choices to be implemented in relation to the many daily challenges.

Quality of life

Organization is a valuable, versatile, lively and pliable tool; together we can adapt it to your needs, to the point of improving your everyday quality of life and making it irreplaceable. I would say that Organization is like a jigsaw puzzle, in which space, time, exhaustible resources and money naturally find their proper place to arrive at the end of the day satisfied and serene. The goal is to live stress-free!Could the photo depicting my hands with the puzzle pieces be inserted here?

The space

Knowing how to deal with space is one of my strengths, in a few moments it immediately jumps out at me what the right need is. The space tells about the person, it must give serenity and be pliable and functional. I love to "read the space" (home or office) and make it ideal for your needs, with simple systems that are easy to use and maintain.

Free from the superfluous

Often, those who choose me, report a burdening, related not only to too many objects contained in a space but also to a daily pattern of living, to unhealthy habits. Getting rid of the superfluous can become a new life practice in which we learn how to choose priorities, delegate at the right time, learn to plan our time, to live lighter. This new gait makes it possible to deal with the unexpected events that life inevitably throws at you (illnesses, bereavements, separations, job changes) but also with the predictable ones such as moves, births and important choices, those stones in the pond that change daily life in a short time and for which one has to realign oneself.

Personal and estate organization

What is meant by personal and wealth organization? What takes place in this type of counseling that I offer? Sitting at a table, (the use of mind maps always proves to be an invaluable tool) there is an exchange of information from which a snapshot of the state of the art is derived to help understand what changes to put in place. Typically, my counseling goes to coincide with times in life when one faces important buoy turns, such as the arrival of an inheritance, or the evaluation of significant changes to be addressed in life and work.

During the counseling

help to ask the right questions, in the face of difficult emotions to deal with, in which relationship and relationship management are of great value. In fact, a constructive exchange comes to life from which the strategy and basic steps for organizing the best without wasting money and resources, and making the right investment choices are derived.

Partnerships and Public Speaking

My decades of experience and lifestyle have led to established relationships that have facilitated the emergence of interesting projects with high-level partners, meaningful interviews, and presence at conferences in Italy and abroad.
