The organization with children
Children placed in the position of learning to recognize and cultivate organizational skills so that they become their own and thus natural or spontaneous, will be able to pursue and complete their study or work projects much more easily during
their lives. The organizational learning process, developed for younger children, is very similar to that used in the early study of a foreign language so it is assimilated without any effort and practiced very naturally, and is a very different outcome from those who learned that language at an older age. Learning and developing planning and organizational skills is certainly an important purpose for each individual but also for the entire society in which one lives, so making these aptitudes one’s own is a fundamental goal.
