Question and Answer on Innovative Neurorganizing Methodology Course for Organizing Relationships in the School in Covid Time – April 21, 2021

Organize Italy thanks to the valuable support of the Nando and Elsa Peretti Foundation has been able to propose to the indispensable world of education, which marks the future of any civilization, paths designed to develop organizational skills, offering those who live in the world of schooling, children and youth, teachers and managers, and all those who rotate in the world of learning, the opportunity to derive important benefits to deal with everyday life.
The pandemic forced us to make an abrupt life change, and like all unexpected course changes for many it has been difficult to recreate a new balance, both at work and in their personal lives. But it is also true that every crisis can conceal an opportunity. As far as we are concerned, it accelerated the development of ideas that were already simmering in the pot, and finalizing
a new proposal dedicated to teachers was spontaneous and natural.
We have created a new online course "Innovative Neurorganizing Methodologies for Organizing Relationships in the School in the Age of Covid" which has found interest and adhesions from teachers from all over Italy. At such a complex time for the school world, we have made our tangible contribution. The course is designed "on demand" to allow teachers who are extremely busy with A.D.D. management to download it freely at times that suit their needs. The proposal includes key topics for developing a good organizational foundation: Mind Maps - Lists - Planning - The Archive - Attention - Categories and classifications.
After collecting numerous memberships, we posed the question of how we could be of support to those who had chosen us to be able to support them in developing the new organizational skills learned during the course. Therefore, the idea was born to make Facebook live streams to answer members' questions, using the Zoom platform so that our virtual guests can interact directly, because a smile tells so much about who we are and shortens distances.
Pandemic has generated a "new way of communication" by making use of social channels to carry out constructive exchanges and discover new frontiers. Meeting with teachers who are aware of their needs, eager to improve the management of the new way of schooling and above all attentive to the difficulties of their pupils proved to be a very fertile ground for exchange. Direct confrontation with teachers makes us understand the difficulties they encounter in their daily lives, giving us the keys to create and design new proposals
ad hoc. Clear from their interventions, doubts and perplexities emerge the many new obstacles created by the school in A.D. and how relationships have been affected. The course we designed offers practical tools aimed at solving, at least in part, such difficulties, as the way of working and quality of life can improve through the proper use of organizational strategies and tools.
The ability to manage one's resources of time, space and energy is not always an innate talent, but it is an important skill to be learned and trained. Seeing how much the proposed pathway has benefited those who have chosen it is the answer that drives us to do better and more to be supportive of those who face the world of education, preparing our young people for a future that is complex in the challenges that await them.
We share the enthusiasm of the teachers who follow us to create new proposals as listening is part of our way of working, being attentive to their needs and requests allows us to be more creative and productive with the goal of becoming the reference point for the school world and all those who live it, regarding the organization of the person and organizational skills.
Therefore, we will be happy to "meet you online" during our Facebook live broadcasts, with the clear intent of initiating a fruitful exchange that will allow the Organize Italy team to grow in the value of what we propose, because constructive discussion and generous sharing are important ingredients for a society to grow in the best direction. So we invite you to follow our Facebook page to learn more, ready to answer your questions!
