What OI offers teachers

Organize Italy is Italy's first organizing company and was born from the meeting of a group of people who believe that the quality of life can improve, including through organizational strategies and tools. We value organizational skills, which are part of the soft skills that are so important in dealing with everyday life. Theability to manage one's resources of time, space and energy cannot just be the result of chance or innate talent, but must be a recognized skill, taught and trained.

Too often confusion and disorganization, physical and mental, negatively affect individuals and groups, and this could be prevented by teaching personal organization, with strategies and tools with which to deal with commitments, objects, and information. We pursue a "warm," humane organization that helps practically and emotionally in growth.

Starting from our vision, the step to enter the world of education was very short. It was natural to think of the world of schooling, of children and youth, of teachers and managers, of all those who rotate in the world of learning and who in our view can benefit greatly in cultivating and developing organizational skills. Step by step, our proposal has expanded, and we have brought important synergies to bear to create courses that could meet the interest of teachers and beyond.

Our online course, "Innovative Neurorganizing Methodologies for Organizing Relationships in the School in the Age of Covid," created with the contribution of the Nando and Elsa Peretti Foundation, met with great interest and adhesions from all over Italy. We were keen to make our contribution to the reality of the school, which is going through a time of great difficulty, and the winning idea was a course that would allow busy teachers to download it freely and at times that suited their needs. The proposal includes key topics for developing a good organizational foundation: Mind Maps - Lists - Planning - The Archive - Attention - Categories and Classifications.

The enthusiasm of those who follow us turns into a driving force to do more and better. We are already thinking about the next courses to be offered, because Organize Italy wants to become the point of reference for the world of schooling and for all those who live it, regarding the organization of the person and organizational skills.

It is the teachers themselves who are the source of inspiration for our new offerings; at the end of the courses we submit questionnaires to help us understand what their needs and desires are and the areas in which they encounter the most difficulty! We are open to listening and discussion, even creating digital events where the exchange is fruitful and guides us in our next steps.
