Always too connected
12 October 2020We are going through an era of great transformation, in which smart working becomes the new challenge, a way of working that involves significant changes in our lifestyles, and in our relationships.
But what is meant by "Smart working?" a way of working that requires us to work by objectives by taking responsibility, managing our time better, and learning new skills. We may decide to work from home, in a co-space, or sitting in the park, the important thing is that we can achieve our goals within the chosen time frame.
This new way of working can have benefits for ourselves but also for the community:
- Less commuting (On average, Italians invest about 30 hours per month, almost 4 working days in commuting to work)
-Less travel less pollution.
-Saving time and money!
And if smart working has entered your life, the organization will be the valuable tool to best meet this new challenge.
Smart working involves greater organizational capacity, as we are the ones who develop our day from a practical and mental point of view, the risky overlap between private and work life can be a source of lack of clarity and stress. Therefore, it is important to use the right strategies and tools to know how to evaluate and create ideal management.
What to do to help us?

Ideally, I would like to work when the house is empty but in case I should devote time to work even when the children are at home make them participate! Let everyone in the household know what your work schedule is.
