How to manage documents?

Smart working!
12 October 2020Families have been experimenting with Online School! A big change for the family unit! Lessons can be learned from every situation, but we certainly cannot deny the difficulties involved in this new way of "doing schooling."
So many "new habits" to set in motion, but how to do it? How to deal constructively with this new lifestyle?
Family meeting
Faced with any change that needs to be addressed, the first thing to do is a family meeting, sitting down at a table parents and children, whatever their age, to talk about the new situation and what steps to take. Clear communication is a VERY important ingredient for sharing and finding solutions together.
Change and organization
Children and young people may find it difficult to understand this new way of life, and it is understandable, but making them understand that change, which is a part of our life, can be easily dealt with if we use the organization tool, which makes us pliable and flexible!
Creating a shared schedule
Together with the children and youth, we build the new schedule, BLACK ON WHITE, starting with waking up-what time do you wake up? What time is breakfast? Even if you don't leave the house, it is important to make it clear that the right routine is constructive and helps us manage ourselves better.
What spaces will be used?
Not everyone is fortunate enough to have spaces to use independently, so understanding everyone's class schedules and perhaps also mom and dad's smart working schedules is of paramount importance; we may alternate or if possible work side by side, but the important thing is to be aware of everyone's needs. Develop your autonomy
Whatever the age of the children and teens, you can seize this situation as an opportunity "to grow" to develop and convey the value of your autonomy.
