Each of us has new habits in the drawer that we would like to bring to life or simply would like to TRANSFORM A HABIT that could bear better fruit! We always have room for improvement just by getting started!
1- Just your awareness of what you want to change Will be the real engine to make you take the first step toward change! So LISTEN. Being convinced of change is a fundamental part of making or breaking everything.
2- It is also advisable when we have to tackle a new habit or simply change a pre-established habit, to do it with ONE AT A TIME!
This is because the expenditure of our mental (sometimes even physical) energies will be challenging, so it is important to focus on one goal at a time!
3- BE AWARE that changing or incorporating a new habit into our lives can be exhausting, but it is important to use tools to help you pursue your new goal. I tell you the ones that help me:
-Thefirst basic tool for me is "attitude or rather predisposition." The first tool is the inner drive: OR I WANT TO DO IT, but not because it would be right but simply because I WANT TO DO IT! (That's why awareness is the really important first step. Work on this aspect! I confess to you that I worked emotionally for months on some new habits that I knew I wanted to do, but I needed an internal evolution to make them become REAL...but when something clicked, they activated naturally and spontaneously and became new positive habits that were easy to deal with!
-An alarm on the phone? Maybe with pleasant music
-A post it on the wall
-An award can also be an important tool and a nice incentive to do! Reward your smallest success!
Conclusion:
1- Listen to your emotions and work on your awareness!
2- Address only one habit at a time (whether it is new or needs to be changed)
3- Use tools that can facilitate you
4- Create a ROUTINE, which allows you to get to the result. Recognize even the smallest steps...even if you don't reach the goal right away be happy if you only started!
