The importance of breaks
25 October 2019Choosing priorities is not an obvious matter. Learning to value priorities is not always easy, but it is certainly one of the most important practices for being better organized and thus improving the quality of life.
We should make a breakdown of the level of priorities:
There are the short-term ones (daily or monthly), for example, that allow us to make the right choices in planning a day.
Next by value I would put those related to specific projects, if we know that a project should be divided into phases, it will be important to give the right value to the priorities of that project. When I say project it can be for example changing cars, what are the priority actions in relation to this project? Figure out how much will I be able to sell the current machine for? Research what the market offers? Figure out which vehicle is best for me individually and which is best for the family? Look for the nearest dealer? Choosing the right priorities allows you to get to the result in less time.
But the look can also be broader: What are the priorities related to our (annual) life choices, what do we want to accomplish, in what time frame? With whom?
Choosing them correctly forces us to dwell on our choices, understand what has value, and create an important scale that will allow us to get to the bottom line.
